HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All of our items are made to order or printed on demand, which means we begin production after you place your order. Because of this, the process may take a little longer than standard retail—but it ensures your item is freshly made just for you.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
The item arrives damaged
You receive the wrong item or size
If this happens, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll take care of it right away.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us as soon as possible with your updated address.
Once an order is in production or has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Once your item ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package.

WHAT DO I DO IF I ENTERED AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Let us know immediately if you made a mistake. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update the address for you.
If it has already shipped, we can’t reroute it — and we’re not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
